What’s in a Gestalt Coach Certification?

When I started my journey to become a career and leadership coach, I wondered what it would take to really help people discover the path to growth and yes, find more happiness in the workplace. The most rigorous and compelling program I found was at the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC). After a few weeks of contemplation, I enrolled. Now, six months later, with almost 150 hours of real coaching experience, 150+ hours of class, seven books read, an in-depth research paper on the various leadership coaching models, I’m ready to forge my own path. I’m now a Certified Gestalt Coach and I expect to acquire a certification soon from the International Coaching Federation.
