Ignore? Terminate?
Hint: you get the behavior you tolerate. That’s right. You get the behavior you tolerate.

Leading through disruptive change or a crisis can make or break an executive’s reputation and career.

VIDEO 4: BEHAVIORS OF GREAT LEADERS
Here’s what I believe leaders are solving for:
Aligning and integrating people’s efforts and interests with business goals. Sustaining this over time.
There are five core drivers of this ability.
This first is:
“Shaping and influencing vision and strategy.”

VIDEO 5: LOW HANGING FRUIT FOR LEADERSHIP GROWTH
Often, growing as a professional and as a leader requires a new perspective and a commitment to new behaviors. Sometimes the path is so obvious, we miss it.
This video may illuminate your hindering blind spots and unleash your potential as a leader and as a professional.
LAST WORD
What gets me most excited about coaching leaders is not only the positive effect it has on my coachee, but also on the people they lead, their peers and the overall performance of the organization.
Every leader and future leader possesses strengths they can harness to lead a team. And every leader has less-developed leadership skills that hinder their effectiveness. Growth takes place when a leader becomes more aware of their strengths and harnesses these strengths to be a more effective leader. Growth also takes place when a leader becomes aware of less developed leadership skills, commits to change, experiments, and changes behavior for the better.
